Mission-Driven Talent Acquisition Specialist

GO Project

The Global Orphan Project in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with department leaders, identify staffing needs, and source mission-aligned talent across the organization. This role will post openings, screen applicants, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment workflow. Responsibilities include managing pre-boarding, background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation, plus HR reporting and participation in broader HR initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr GO Project
