Computed Tomography Technologist Full Time

CT Technologist Position

We're seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a permanent role in Salina, KS at a hospital where you will be responsible for accurately interpreting physician scanning instructions, administering contrast materials when indicated, and operating CT scan equipment according to established protocols. You will produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients across the lifespan and demonstrate effective radiation safety practices. You will interact with radiologists, the Emergency Department, and multiple computer systems daily. Evening shift coverage will be required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an AMA or JRCERT approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT registration or registry eligible in Radiography. ARRT CT certification or certification eligible.
• CT Certification required or CT certification eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification. BLS preferred; may be completed within first 90 days of employment.
• One year hospital radiology experience preferred.
• Experience operating CT equipment and producing diagnostic CT images for varied patient populations, including emergency and inpatient settings.
• Willingness to work full time evening shift hours, primarily 2nd shift (1500-2330). Weekend requirements will be discussed at interview.
• Ability to follow established radiation safety and infection control procedures.
