We are looking for reliable candidates with previous machine operating experience and knowledge of production equipment, including bagging machines and mixer operations . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady MondayFriday

Shift Information

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Schedule: Monday Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Operate production equipment including bagging machines and mixer machines
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and production quality
Measure and mix materials according to production requirements
Load, move, and stage materials safely throughout the facility
Perform equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors
Make basic machine adjustments when needed
Maintain accurate production standards and follow operating procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery required

• Experience with production lines, bagging equipment, mixers, or similar machinery preferred

• Fertilizer, manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial production experience is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment

• Must have GED or High School Diploma

• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions

• Strong attendance and work ethic required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
