Registered Nurse Emergency Department

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Assignment Details: Length/type: Travel assignment Orientation: 36 hours

Requirements: License: Ohio RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ER experience Skills: Comfortable with triage, procedural sedation, ventilated patients, trauma, psych holds, and pediatric emergency care

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department (ED) for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Conduct triage and ED assessments to prioritize patient care effectively. Administer emergency medications and IV vasopressors as needed. Perform procedural sedation and monitoring for patients undergoing procedures. Manage airway and ventilator care for patients requiring respiratory support. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Compliance / Notes: Fingerprinting is required immediately after booking; strict deadline applies. References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/supervisor. RTO required with submission.
