(Emergency Services) Administrative Assistant II

SALARY: Begins at $43,716/year with comprehensive benefits package DESCRIPTION OF WORK: We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic team member responsible for assisting the director in managing and directing administrative activities to include purchasing, accounts payable, personnel, financial planning, policy updates, and special projects. The successful candidate will be professional, dependable, flexible, goal and detail-oriented, organized, and tactful in providing excellent customer service. Considerable knowledge of office administration including problem solving, with sound decision-making skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are minimal expectations. Previous relevant experience is preferred, and computer proficiency is required. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A relative associate degree, four years of progressively responsible office experience, and demonstrated proficiency in effective operation of standard office equipment and use of Microsoft and associated software are minimum requirements. Current NC Driver's License is required.
