Remote Collections Representative

To support a growing collections team, the part-time hourly Remote Collections Representative will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, maintain accurate account records, and perform skip tracing, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts Provide accurate updates on account files for each interaction and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information Counsel delinquent consumers on payment options and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in commercial collections is required Ability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday Strong work ethic with a proven record of accomplishments Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening
