Job Description
Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: Night Shift 1900 to 0730; 3 x 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- 5 years of critical care experience
- 2-3 years of experience in NICU with neonatal intubation
- Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to neonates and infants in an intensive care environment.
- Administer therapies and interventions as indicated by protocols and physician orders.
- Participate in neonatal transports when required.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Monitor and assess the patient's respiratory status and provide necessary adjustments in care.
- Educate families about respiratory care and treatment plans for their infants.
