Be a Trusted Resource: Play a critical role in supporting branches and delivering consistent member experiences Growth & Development: Our Branch Progression Model supports your development with on-the-job learning and structured compensation increases as you build skills Travel Support: $6,000/year car stipend (paid $500/monthly) Compensation & Perks $20.00$22.50/hour, is our target range depending on experience Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 at hire, $1,000 after 6 months) Quarterly branch incentives tied to individual performance Up to 3% annual bonus tied to Credit Union performance $6,000/year car stipend (paid $500/monthly) 100% employer-paid benefits for employees Opportunities to build skills, experience, and connections across multiple locations What You'll Do Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for members Build strong relationships by understanding member needs and providing products & solutions Confidently process financial transactions and maintain accuracy Solve problems and respond to member inquiries with curiosity and care Adapt quickly to different teams and branch environments Support branch success by stepping in where needed and helping maintain a strong member experience You Might Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy building relationships and connecting with new people Are comfortable with change and can adapt quickly to new environments Take initiative and are eager to learn Are dependable and enjoy being a go-to resource for others Are motivated by making a positive impact on members and teams What We're Looking For At least 1 year of customer service experience Cash handling and retail or sales experience preferred Ability to travel between branches within the North King region (Redmond, Bellevue) High School Diploma or equivalent Must be bondable Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law Bonus experience (not required): Leadership, training, or sales experience What to Expect in This Role No two days are the same. You may support a busy branch one day and step into a new team the next. Your ability to build relationships, adapt quickly, and provide consistent service will make you a valued partner across multiple locations. Our Hours To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule. Shifts are typically Monday Friday, 8:45 AM 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM 5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM 1:15 PM, affording a day off during the week. This is a full-time position ranging from 35-40 hours in a typical work week. Your daily work location will vary based on branch needs primarily located within Redmond and Bellevue. Our regions are designed based on locational proximity to provide you with reasonable commutes.
