We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to provide exceptional guest service while completing overnight front desk and audit responsibilities.
- Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Hiring: ASAP
- Additional shifts may be available based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or hotel experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Computer experience and strong communication skills are essential.
- StaynTouch PMS experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle check-ins, checkouts, and guest inquiries.
- Complete night audit procedures, balance paperwork, and ensure accuracy.
- Manage reservations, rate quoting, and follow cash handling policies
- Respond to overnight guest requests, including room deliveries and other service needs
- Assist with valet responsibilities as needed during the overnight shift
- Complete shift checklists and maintain accurate records
- Be knowledgeable about hotel services, promotions, and emergency procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk
