Position Summary
The Cloud Technical Systems and Solutions Specialist II supports key cloud operations and business solutions through the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of cloud systems and applications. The position may also provide technical and engineering support for cloud-based projects and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop cloud systems and cloud program specifications.

• Create cloud specifications and technical requirements.

• Participate in the maintenance, design, build, and testing phases of cloud solutions and applications.

• Provide technical and engineering support and analysis for cloud-based projects and production environments.

• Develop upgrade and improvement recommendations for cloud-based solutions and applications.

• Monitor, plan, and measure the impact of new cloud offerings against business requirements.

• Code, test, and debug cloud applications and programs.

• Participate in application design and engineering of cloud solutions.

• Apply analytical techniques to cloud solution development and problem resolution.

• Develop program specifications and detailed design documents for cloud-based solutions.

• Assist with testing, training, and preparation of cloud operations.

• Support business intelligence or decision-support systems associated with key cloud operations.

• Resolve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity under general supervision.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Cloud Technical Systems & Solutions specialist or equivalent

• Experience in at least any one of the 3 Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)

• Experience analyzing, designing, developing, testing, or supporting cloud-based solutions.

• Experience with cloud systems, applications, or production environments.

• Ability to develop technical requirements, specifications, and design documentation.

• Experience with application development, testing, troubleshooting, or technical engineering support.

• Ability to apply established technical standards, principles, and theories.

• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Relevant certifications in any of the large 3 cloud platforms (AWS, Azure of GCP)
