VOLT Warehouse Associate

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Executing Orders & Shipment
• Effectively communicating with customers by phone and email
• Creating and receiving PO’s
• Invoicing
• Assisting with AR & AP
• Effectively communicate with suppliers, customers and management on orders and business issues

WAREHOUSE DUTIES

• Packaging and shipping
• Operation of filling and packaging equipment (we will train)
• Lift boxes up to 50lbs
• Inventory management

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong written and verbal communication (Strong grammar is required)
• Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Willingness to constantly learn, improve, and adapt quickly
• Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word and Excel is a plus

COMPENSATION:

• $17-$22/ hour starting depending on experience

We are a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing company making men’s grooming products, as well as products for special effects, haunt, and tattoo cover-up. We are a small team, and everyone plays an important part in keeping things moving.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, forward-thinking person to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This is a hands-on position that involves both warehouse and administrative work, so being organized, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in wherever needed is important.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in all parts of the order fulfillment process. This includes taking and processing orders, filling and packing products, managing inventory, shipping orders, and handling billing and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, positive, and takes pride in doing things right. You should be comfortable working independently, ready to learn new things as the company and job responsibilities evolve, and able to stay on top of your responsibilities without needing constant supervision. At the same time, teamwork and frequent communication with others are a big part of how we work, and we expect everyone to be willing to help each other when things get busy.
