Mental Health Therapist

Job Description We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team! You will provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling in an outpatient agency Responsibilities: Mental health assessments Diagnosis and treatment planning Types of therapy conducted: Individual, family, couples, group, psychoeducation Settings: office, school, jail, telehealth services Complete all required paperwork within deadlines. Case records and reports, service documentation, court reports, etc. Assist to ensure that all clients are up to date with contact information and insurance coverage Collect client copays/coinsurance/self -pay Collaboration with referral sources: DHS, Probation, Parole, Doctors, case workers, etc. Network and market in the community and ongoing with referral sources Assist with staff trainings when needed Abide by HIPPA expectations and rules All other assigned duties Qualifications: Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Team player Motivated to help others Company Description We are a down to earth group of professionals who work hard to collaborate, educate and empower or clients and staff.
