Job Description:

We are currently hiring Warehouse Operator for our Stoughton, MA facility. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with the potential for permanent employment after the initial assignment.

3-Month Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities

Unload inbound freight from trailers.
Load outbound shipments safely and securely.
Move materials throughout the warehouse.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
Scan freight using RF scanners.
Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy.
Organize inventory and maintain warehouse storage areas.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required.
Forklift certification required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable transportation to Stoughton, MA.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
