Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Confluent Rehabilitation, you will:

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans focused on patient goals, encompassing pain relief, improved mobility, and restoration of muscle function.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic tests to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, providing detailed recommendations for care.
• Review and adapt treatment plans in response to patient progress, ensuring the highest quality of care through continuous assessment.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, educate patients and their families on effective home exercises, and counsel them on the appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and direct their contributions to patient care, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.
• Document patient interactions meticulously in clinical records, contributing to a comprehensive patient care history for the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in case conferences, collaborating with other health care professionals to develop integrated treatment strategies based on each patient's unique needs.
• Stay accessible to Physical Therapy Assistants during treatment sessions, ensuring quality oversight and guidance.
• Maintain adherence to state regulations and best practices in all aspects of physical therapy.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
