Schedule : 4-5 Days/Week, Flexible Admin Day
Compensation : $300,000 base salary, + Sign-On, Housing, Relocation
$1,000 stipends per month for each of the following leadership responsibilities:
- Chief Medical Officer
- MedSurg
- RHC
- ED
- Trauma
- Assistant Chief of Staff

- Full-Spectrum: Practice outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and ED medicine, all in one setting
- Low-Volume: See 15–20 patients/day
- Work-Life Alignment: 3–5 clinic days/week with a dedicated admin day; every 3rd week on-call for ED
- Pathway for Leadership: Serve as Chief of Staff or chair hospital committee which is part of the additional compensation
- ER Coverage: Low-volume, well-supported rural ED environment

- Autonomy + Team Support: Dedicated MA, strong nursing staff, and collaborative leadership
- No Procedures Required
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado Medicine Licensure
- BLS and ACLS
- Current DEA
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
