ABOUT THE ROLE \n
\nGI Physician needed for established, high-volume gastroenterology practice in coastal South Carolina. Procedurally-focused role (80% lab, 20% clinic) with excellent case variety, cutting-edge technology, and strong support team in integrated ASC/clinic/hospital setting.\n

SCOPE OF PRACTICE & VOLUME \n
\n 20"25 patients/day in clinic; 11"12 patients/day for procedures\n
\n 7,000+ endoscopy cases annually\n
\n 80% Lab, 20% Clinic split\n
\n EUS: 236+ cases/year (growing)\n
\n ERCP: 187+ cases/year (growing)\n
\n NEW: Capsule Endoscopy service\n
\n Diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy, treatment of liver/gallbladder/pancreas disease\n
\n
CALL & SCHEDULING \n
\n Current: 1 in 4 call (8 days/year)\n
\n ADVANCING TO 1 IN 6 IN 2026\n
\n Consultation services only (no inpatient rounding)\n
\n Dedicated inpatient NP starting February 2026\n
\n Team: 4 MDs + 3 APPs\n
\n

\n 180/190 HD scopes + brand-new C-Arms\n
\n Integrated ASC/clinic/hospital (seamless workflow)\n

\n 3+ weeks patient wait time (strong demand)\n

REQUIREMENTS \n

• Board-certified or eligible in GI

• Valid SC license (or ability to obtain)

• Active DEA license

• Strong procedural skills
