Schedule : Fully onsite

• Develop activity planning processes and ensure the adoption across the business units
  
• Play a lead role in the development of business plans, planning and budgeting activities
  
• Creation of goals and KPI's for regional and global strategies as set out by senior leadership
  
• Report to senior leadership and key stakeholders on key metrics and KPI's on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
  
• Support in establishing and running operational processes
  
• Create material and presentations for team meetings, off-sites and other key events
  
• Oversee and manage internal end-to-end operations of GVI business activities (Coppell (MPC/LPS/eComm), SEV, etc.)
  
• Manage all inventory processes related to internal CRN, Refurb, BR, CTC, customer order fulfillment, RMA, aging inventory movements, Issue resolution, etc.
  
• Manage all aspects of GVI production at Coppell and SEV, Demand Fulfillment (DF), logistics, and RMA operational activities
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (MPC, SP, LPS/Warehouse, as well as Sales) to ensure all production targets are met
  
• Manage overall operational efficiencies, KPIs and Process Improvements for GVI (CRN & Refurb) category
  
• Perform monthly MTV counts and Semi-Annual Physical Inventory (PI) counts as required
  
• Provide inventory control support (aging and blocked stock)
  
• Perform regular risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations and support

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management, finance or economics related subject
  
• Previous experience in a decision making/strategic management role within a large organisation
  
• 8-10 years experience
