VFR Medical Pilot - Sign-On & Location Bonuses

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000, Plus Location Bonus up to 35%! Off Duty Housing Provided! We are an established air ambulance provider seeking a full time VFR Medical Pilot to join our team in Tucumcari, NM. This role requires an experienced helicopter pilot to operate under CAMTS guidelines with AS350 VFR/NVG aircraft. The ideal candidate must be available for 24-hour operations, working day/night rotations and meeting all FAA and company requirements.

Schedule & Location: 7 & 7 schedule (subject to change based on operational needs). Off duty housing provided.

Responsibilities:

• Operate H125 VFR/NVG
• Ensure compliance with CAMTS guidelines and FAA regulations.
• Maintain operational readiness for 24-hour operations, including day/night rotation.
• Participate in company training, safety programs, and customer interaction.
• Relocate or transition aircraft as required, per contractual agreements.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a Relocation package available (2-year service commitment required if utilized). Aircraft transition available (1-year service commitment required).

Requirements:

• Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
• First Class Medical Certificate.
• CAMTS Minimum Flight Hours: 2,000 Total Hours, 1,500 Hours Helicopter, 1,000 Hours PIC Helicopters, 500 Hours Turbine Helicopters, 100 Hours Unaided Night Operations or 50 Hours Unaided + 100 Hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG)
• Candidates must meet 235-pound body weight limit.
• Strong communication skills and excellent internal/external customer service
• Successful completion of interview and acceptance by customer and management.
• Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a functional capacity assessment (strength and flexibility evaluation), drug screening, and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds to assist in loading/unloading patients and equipment.
