In this role, you'll support a variety of accounting and office functions while working closely with the Controller. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Process weekly check runs and assist with account reconciliations
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and subcontractor agreements
- Enter inventory pull tickets and manage warranty transactions
- Answer phones, greet customers, and provide administrative support
- Manage mail, filing, and general office operations
- Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties

What We're Looking For
- Accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or office administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office preferred
