Production Helper – Bindery / Printing

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Helpers for a commercial printing facility producing catalogs, flyers, brochures, and educational materials . This role supports bindery and mailing operations and is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Job Details

• Shift: Day Shift – 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Schedule: Rotating workdays may include weekends based on production needs
• Job Type: Full‑time
• Overtime: Required as needed
• Training: On‑the‑job training provided

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow written or verbal instructions
• Jog product from counter stacker and stack neatly on skids
• Ensure proper alignment for bindery or mailing operations
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished products
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and product quality
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to interpret units of measure and conversions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Basic small packaging knowledge

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing during shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
