Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care (NP or PA)

As a Primary Care APP at Martins Point, you will work as a key member of a collaborative care team providing patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

• Independent or Shared Panel - ready to adopt!
\n
• 18-21 PPD
\n
• $159K (base,wRVU,PMPM)
\n
• 9 Providers - 4 APP & 6 FM MD/DO
\n
• FT or PT schedules, open to shared positions.
\n
