Receptionist Compensation $20.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates Receptionist Highlights Contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs On-site position in Columbus, NE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Receptionist Responsibilities Provide front desk coverage and greet/assist visitors in a professional, service-oriented manner Manage incoming calls and route messages appropriately Perform administrative support tasks in a busy office environment Use common office technologies and tools (ex: Microsoft Office and office equipment) Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal and written) Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability while prioritizing multiple requests Receptionist Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days 2 years of administrative experience in a busy office environment (with demonstrated prioritization) Strong professionalism, courtesy, and customer service mindset Ability to work well with others and work with little or no direction (initiative/follow-through) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Receptionist Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred If you think this Receptionist position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
