General Laborer

Millwood, Inc. Millwood continually seeks innovative and custom engineered unit load and material handling solutions for Clients. Through a collaborative custom engineered solutions approach, the Company identifies and recommends the ideal combination of consumables and material handling and packaging systems and wood waste recycling solutions based on Customers specific needs.

Millwood is accepting applications for general laborer positions to help handle various jobs in our company day to day. The job responsibilities include assisting with hands on physical labor and operations of machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the upkeep of customer satisfaction.

Base pay plus performance opportunities

Reports to: Plant Manager and floor supervisors

Our ideal candidate is:

• Eager to learn multiple jobs and want to grow with the company
• Forklift experience is helpful, but not required

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug test
• Must be 18 years of age
• Physically able to lift 50lbs as needed
• Physically ability to stand, bend/stoop, kneel, lift, reach and other physical tasks during an 8-10-hour shift.
• Must maintain safe and tidy workspace
• Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM
