Intensive In-home Clinician Counselor QMHP-C

Mental Health Counselor: Community Based (QMHP-C) – Intensive In‑home EMS of Virginia is seeking a qualified mental health professional (QMHP) to provide intensive in‑home services full‑time in the greater Richmond area (Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Hanover, and surrounding areas). Candidates must be registered with the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a QMHP‑C to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities See clients in the community, such as the client's home Provide 1‑to‑1 mental health counseling related to clients’ goals Work with family systems Case manage to ensure clients’ basic needs are met Provide individual and family counseling to children and adolescents Complete quarterly reports and progress notes for each session Assist with authorization of services Meet regularly for supervision Attend team meetings and maintain ongoing communication with your Clinical Supervisor Qualifications Registered QMHP‑C with the Virginia Department of Health Professions Experience with children and adolescents is preferred Eligible for licensure supervision toward LPC or LCSW Benefits Health insurance for full‑time team members (30+ billable hours per week) Accrued PTO Flexible schedules Continuing education units (CEUs) Paid supervision time and paid team meeting time Bonus incentives Retirement planning with company match Training toward QMHP licensure If you are a QMHP with experience with children, we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr EMS
