Travel Tele Nurse assignments let you provide specialized cardiac and medical monitoring for patients in dynamic hospital settings. As a travel Tele nurse, you will assess, monitor, and document patient cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.You must have an active registered nurse (RN) license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Most facilities require at least 1 year of recent telemetry or medical-surgical experience and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly are essential.
