Patient Services Specialist

To support the Revenue Operations team, the full-time Patient Services Specialist will manage patient case communications, ensure quality assurance checks, and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners in the Atlanta office. Key responsibilities Conduct quality assurance checks and flag discrepancies in patient cases Lead offshore teams and manage case communications with law firms and clinics Own metrics related to patient updates and project ownership for process development Required qualifications Working knowledge of HIPAA and medical insurance regulations Experience with electronic health/medical record systems Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel Ability to manage high-volume patient updates in a fast-paced environment Experience interacting with attorneys and case managers regarding patient records
