About the Role:

The Recruiting Manager will lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments within the organization. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that align with the company’s growth objectives and culture. The Recruiting Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. They will also analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and processes. Ultimately, this position drives the company’s talent acquisition efforts to build a diverse, skilled, and motivated workforce that supports long-term business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A with a minimum of 1 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and leading recruitment teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in recruiting for multiple industries or specialized roles.
• Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with department leaders to understand role requirements and create targeted job descriptions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.
• Utilize data and recruitment analytics to measure success and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
