Job Description
The Granite Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing granite surfaces for both residential and commercial projects. Working as part of a team, the installer will travel regularly to client sites, using company-provided tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship. This role includes surface finishing, quality inspection, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the installation process. The installer will also drive a truck with an enclosed trailer to transport materials and tools safely.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut granite accurately to specifications
- Install granite surfaces in residential and commercial settings
- Finish surfaces to meet quality standards
- Perform quality inspections on completed work
- Interact professionally with customers on-site
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Travel regularly to client locations
- Operate and maintain company-provided tools and equipment
- Drive a truck with an enclosed trailer to transport materials
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of granite installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of stone fabrication techniques
- Expertise in cutting and shaping granite
- Proficiency in various installation methods
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong physical stamina and endurance
- High attention to detail
- Effective customer communication skills
