Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $63.83/hour (competitive, based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Provide advanced critical care to acutely ill patients in a trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically complex unit
- Monitor patients closely, assessing needs every hour or more frequently, and intervene as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations requiring immediate intervention
- Ensure patient safety and comfort through vigilant observation and high-quality care
What You Need
- Current MA RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent ICU or CCU experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle critical situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
