Casting and Heat Treatment and currently seeking a full-time Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency through the analysis of
process/material flow, downtime and scrap reports, capacity studies, and new technology. This includes hands on troubleshooting, root cause analysis of recurring issues, research of new technology, etc. Duties are performed under general supervision and may require frequent conferences concerning progress and difficulties. The for the role is $55,000 - $60,000
