Job Details Specialty: Mother/Baby / Postpartum / Newborn Care Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Canton, GA 30115 Start Date: September 9, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Shifts Per Week: Typically 3 shifts per week Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,360 - $1,430 Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Mother/Baby, postpartum, or a closely related specialty AHA BLS certification required NRP certification required Preferred: IV start experience Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital nursing environment Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care for postpartum patients and newborns in a Mother/Baby setting Support couplet care and family-centered education for new parents Monitor patient and infant status, document assessments, and respond to clinical changes Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective patient outcomes Assist with routine postpartum and newborn nursing interventions as needed Deliver high-quality care while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail during overnight shifts Why This Travel RN Opportunity?
