TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (06:45 - 19:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with EPIC documentation system preferred Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse with proficiency in Medical Surgical nursing. The nurse will be responsible for patient care in a 25-bed unit. The patient-to-nurse ratio is approximately 1:5-6. Weekend work is required as part of the role. Floating to like units may be required based on facility needs. Experience in blood product administration and wound care is essential. The nurse should have skills in patient management, including tube feeding and insulin administration. Prior charge experience is preferred. Experience with telemetry and IV management is necessary. The nurse must adhere to isolation precautions and safety protocols. A collaborative approach with interdisciplinary support teams is expected. Completion of modules during the initial orientation is required. COVID-19 and flu vaccination status is currently unknown.
