Align demand plans with operational capacity and financial goals to ensure optimal profitability and resource utilization. Lead weekly SOP meetings, presenting key insights, identifying bottlenecks, and driving actionable outcomes. Collaborate with Planners bi‑weekly to review demand changes and finalize release plans, minimizing rescheduling. Balance demand and capacity to optimize asset utilization and order fulfillment. Create and manage a 26‑week rolling site optimization plan and a monthly countdown to revenue attainment. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes across all functional areas. Ensure alignment of material procurement with production plans to maintain cost efficiency and delivery performance. Expectations Exhibit strong leadership and accountability as a member of the SIOP leadership team. Deliver executable and profitable shipment and production plans that meet financial and operational targets. Maintain a demand forecast variance of less than +/-10%. Proactively identify and resolve planning constraints and escalating issues as needed. Required Qualifications Experience in electronics manufacturing services or a similar industry. Proven experience in master scheduling, demand planning, or operations management. Strong leadership and cross‑functional team management skills. Expertise in capacity modeling, financial analysis, and corporate budgeting. Proficiency in statistical analysis, data manipulation, and database querying. In‑depth knowledge of MRP systems (preferably Kitron IFS) and supply chain processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with SIOP/SOP processes and tools. Advanced Excel and data visualization skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
