JOB SUMMARY We need an experienced U.S. IT Recruiter who can do TWO things well: find qualified IT candidates AND manage client accounts professionally. You will work with large System Integrators and IT companies doing volume hiring. This role is for: Career returners (took a break, ready to come back with full commitment) HR and talent Acquisition professionals specialized in the US market WHAT YOU'LL DO - TWO PARTS PART 1: INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTION (Recruiting) Source IT professionals from LinkedIn, Dice, job boards - find people looking for U.S. jobs Call and talk with candidates - understand their skills, experience, career goals Verify work authorization (U.S. Citizens, Green Card only - no visa sponsorship) Build pipeline for your accounts - consistently 5-10+ candidates per month Coordinate interviews, handle offers, close the hiring PART 2: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (Client Relationships) Establish direct relationships with clients (hiring managers, procurement) Understand their needs, customize your sourcing for each account Regular communication - updates, quality assurance, problem-solving Deliver volume hiring targets consistently month after month Build long-term partnerships with large SIs or IT companies GROWTH POTENTIAL: After 6-12 months of success, potential to manage a small remote team/POD (2-3 recruiters) Coach team on client management and sourcing MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE: 3-8 years U.S. IT recruitment at professional company (reputed SI, recruitment firm, or IT company) NOT from startup, freelance - we need professional company background Proven account management experience - managing clients and delivery targets successfully Volume hiring experience - consistently placed 5+ candidates per month Worked with System Integrators or large IT companies (TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL, Wipro, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, etc.) TECHNICAL & SKILLS: LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and job board experience Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques CRM or ATS experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Understanding of U.S. work authorization (Citizens, Green Card holders) COMMUNICATION & CLIENT SKILLS: EXCELLENT English - written AND verbal (professional, fluent, zero grammatical errors) Professional tone in all communication (emails, calls, proposals) Strong client-facing skills - build trust, manage relationships, solve problems VERIFICATION & REFERENCES: 2-3 genuine professional references from previous employers References must confirm: account management skills, volume hiring success, reliability We WILL call references to verify your background and suitability HOME SETUP & COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST HAVE: Your own reliable laptop (professional quality, 2+ years old or newer) Stable high-speed home internet (minimum 4 Mbps download, 2 Mbps upload) Professional workspace at home - quiet, with proper lighting for client video calls Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot or second provider) WORK COMMITMENT (HARD BOUNDARIES): EXCLUSIVE POSITION - You cannot work for any other company, freelance, or moonlight. This is your only job. FIXED HOURS - EST 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. No exceptions. NO LATE ARRIVALS - Your availability window is fixed. Clients expect you at scheduled times. MINIMAL LEAVES - Leaves must be pre-planned and approved in advance. Emergency leaves need immediate manager approval. PROCESS DISCIPLINE - You will follow company procedures, data security, and quality standards strictly. RELIABILITY - Punctuality and consistency are non-negotiable. We depend on you for client relationships.
