Physician Assistant

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family Medicine PA - Physician Assistant (Out-Patient Clinic Setting) Contract 1099 or W2 Employed (Convenient to San Angelo, TX)

We are seeking a PA to join a well-respected Rural Health Family Practice clinic convenient to San Angelo. The Provider would work a 4|10 schedule, 8a-6p. The Provider would see primary care patients across the lifespan with an estimated patient volume of 250-350 per month. The Provider would see patients that present with routine minor illnesses and injuries as well as women's health. The base salary is $160,000 and it can be structured as a 1099 model (malpractice insurance covered) with the option to convert to a W2 employed if the provider would like to ensure it is a good fit before signing a formal contract. The Provider would receive a competitive base salary of $160,000 per year (depending upon experience) and if they are interested in a permanent direct employed model there would be a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, CME, CME Allowance, PTO, 401K with match and Malpractice Insurance. This site is an NHSC eligible location and qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment through the NHSC which would pay $25,000 per year directly to the APRNs student loans ($50,000 for a two-year commitment) or 60% through the Nursing Corp program with a two-year commitment. A separate application would have to be completed and presented to the NHSC in order to apply for the student loan repayment program.
