About the Role:
Join Lung Innovations Network as a Respiratory Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients with respiratory issues. Located in Dubois, PA, our team is dedicated to innovative care and support, making a real difference in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures to patients with pulmonary conditions.
• Assist with bronchoscopies, pleurex, and other procedures as needed.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Assist with senior nursing facility patients as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress in medical records.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical respiratory care setting.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
