Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and experience to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulating independent diagnoses that guide treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques to support client progress.

• Coordinate care efforts with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure an integrated approach to client treatment.

• Maintain systematic tracking of treatment responses and client progress, conducting both in-person and virtual follow-ups to adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, side effect monitoring, and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n
