What You'll Do: Manufacturing Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of manufacturing team members
Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to teammates
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Monitor performance and address operational issues as they arise

Preferred Candidate Might:

3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Availability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift
Strong team leadership and people management skills
