Your Role: As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will provide operational leadership and support to the Clinical Services Department, assisting in the oversight of clinical programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day service delivery. This role also includes: Ensuring timely and compliant clinical documentation while supporting crisis response and staffing coverage. Operating under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality, trauma-informed care across programs, with a focus on long-term treatment planning, behavioral programming, and family engagement in the RTC setting. Qualifications Master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as psychology, social work, counseling, etc. At least three to five years of clinical work experience License in Virginia for LCSW, LPC, or Clinical Psychologist
