Key Responsibilities * Run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls from start to finish * Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to customers * Complete repairs, replacements, and installations to code and on schedule * Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional job site at all times * Communicate job status, parts needs, and follow-up opportunities to dispatch * Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every call Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred * Journeyman plumbing license or active apprenticeship in the state of Utah * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing service issues * Strong communication skills — comfortable talking through options with homeowners * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
