Front Desk Receptionist

Job Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Troy, MI 48084

Pay Rate: $20.00

Shift: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:
• Answering calls through our multi-line phone system
• Triaging calls to appropriate recruiter and/or department
• Greet and welcome candidates and guests
• Conduct onsite drug testing
• Assist candidates with onboarding questions
• Credentialing candidates and verifying confidential, employment documents
• Schedule on-site interviews using Outlook and our industry specific database system (database training provided)
• Perform data entry tasks as needed to support both candidates and recruiters
• Utilize Microsoft Suite for organizational and clerical tasks
Qualifications:
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with phone systems and data entry required
