Strategic HR Director for MedTech & Regulated Manufacturing
The Judge Group
The Judge Group is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to guide all human resources functions for a growing medical device manufacturer (~160 employees). You will partner with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance across locations. In this role, you will lead a small HR team, oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management, and ensure adherence to FDA/GMP/ISO requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
