The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.*** Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials.* Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs.* Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.* Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.* Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials.* Train warehouse personnel.* Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.* Confer with branch personnel to coordinate warehouse activities.***Other Duties and Responsibilities:** This *document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the individual occupying this position. (33.33%)* **Warehouse Claims ratio** $ - A warehouse claims ratio bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided the branch has a warehouse claims ratio of less than 3% as measured by Atlas. (33.33%)* **Military Warehouse Inspections $** A Military inspection bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided a score of 90% or above on each military inspection done within the calendar year.
