Senior Specialist, CLO Client Reporting Location: Houston, Texas Overview Part of BNY’s Corporate Trust business (Structured Debt Platform); CLO Reporting Analyst Team delivers timely, accurate, and insightful reporting on Collateralized Loan Obligations for internal stakeholders and external investors. Partner through analytics, operations, client service, and other stakeholders. Supports BNY’s strategic pillars—Be More for Clients, Run Company Better, and Power Culture—by ensuring transparent communication, operational excellence, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities Own and run portfolio Compliance and waterfall models; prepare quality 1st draft to CSM. Communicate with clients to agree on tests results and inputs/parameters. Resolve basic modeling issues and collaborate on significant model changes with the analytics team. Engage Position Services to resolve exceptional data issues. Act as liaison between Position Servicing and CSM for smooth communication. Incorporate Client/Auditor feedback on test results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. 5–7 years of total work experience. Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred. Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed‑income reporting preferred. Prior experience in analytical roles such as financial modeling, valuation models, data analytics. Proficiency in VBA/SQL valuable. No direct reports; may provide guidance to junior analysts.
