Hybrid School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

Position located in Amherst, Virginia, offering up to $65 per hour. The role requires full-time in-person service with virtual reporting options and a caseload of 60-65 students. Candidates will support elementary students across the region with a 36-week engagement and competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students
• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and school policies

Qualifications:

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including proficiency with school settings and EMR systems
• Current resume and license, ability to work within a school environment
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Ability to complete reports virtually
