Recruiting Specialist

Moorestown, United States Excalibur Healthcare is expanding its recruiting team to accelerate physician hiring and candidate pipeline development. You're join our existing recruiter to be a collaborative team, working in parallel to manage our full recruitment lifecycle. You'll source, screen, and nurture qualified physicians while supporting our company growth targets. Responsibilities Partner with our existing recruiter to source and screen radiologists using existing developed intake channels. Own your share of the full recruitment lifecycle: relationship building, interviews, offer and contract stages, and onboarding support. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines with focus on long-term relationship building. Collaborate directly with leadership and operations teams to align sourcing with staffing priorities. Experiment with sourcing strategies and channels; sharing successes as a team effort. Ensure strong candidate selection with the goal of successful onboarding.
