Job Description

Are you a confident communicator who thrives on helping patients say “yes” to life-changing dental care? We’re looking for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator to join our high-performing, patient-focused dental team in the heart of South Florida.

This is not your average dental office. We specialize in high-end, comprehensive procedures including veneers, cosmetic full-mouth rehabilitation, holistic dentistry, and All-on-X treatments. Our ideal candidate understands how to connect with patients, present treatment clearly, and guide them through both clinical and financial decisions with confidence and empathy.

What You’ll Do

Present treatment plans in a clear, compelling, and patient-friendly manner
Help patients understand the value of recommended care and confidently move forward
Close cases and support practice production goals
Discuss and coordinate financial options with patients
Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, treatment planning, and coordination

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of dental experience (Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator role preferred)
Strong background in case presentation and closing
Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
Confident, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Fluent English required; Spanish highly preferred
Familiarity with high-value procedures (cosmetic, implants, full-mouth cases)
Experience with Open Dental is a plus
