Responsibilities span staffing optimization, budgeting, throughput, accreditation and regulatory readiness, and nurse-sensitive outcomes. Priority metrics include NTSV cesarean reduction, obstetric hemorrhage and hypertension bundle reliability, sepsis readiness, and top-quartile patient experience.
