Influencer Partnerships & Marketing Intern

Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand making the first functional electrolyte chewing gum. We've built a community of college athlete ambassadors and pro partners across major leagues, and we're scaling fast. This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Hiring an intern to help us grow our ambassador and affiliate program. The role mixes athlete outreach, TikTok and Instagram creator sourcing, and CRM management across all our partner channels. What You'll Gain Networking opportunities with college and pro athletes across major programs. Real-world experience in NIL, athlete management, and CRM operations. Performance-based growth opportunities including potential paid roles down the line. Your Focus Keep athlete records organized and up to date. Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups. Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team. Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools). Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand and add them to our outreach pipeline. Help onboard new athlete ambassadors into the program. What We're Looking For Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required). Able to manage a high volume of athlete communication daily. Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.
