I opened my State Farm agency in 2019 after working as a team member from 2013 to 2019, and before that, spending several years with another insurance company. Our office has a friendly, laidback, and growing culture where we work hard, support one another, and give standout customer service while encouraging individual growth. We currently have a team of three and are looking to grow. We offer a Simple IRA, health stipend, and PTO. What makes our team special is our sense of community — we respect and support each other, always striving to build one another up and never settle. We’re actively involved in giving back, from participating in the Million Meal Pack at State Farm Arena in Atlanta to sponsoring and joining local fundraisers and festivals throughout the year. We’re looking for coachable, gritty, motivated, and friendly individuals who are goal oriented and care about helping customers find the right coverage. Whitney Kennedy - State Farm Agent is searching for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent and see what it is like to run a business and grow an agency.

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain)
